Monthly "Will Work For Lunch" Day

Description:

Sign-up for one (or more!) of our monthly opportunities to volunteer at the Retreat Center in exchange for sitting down to one of our delicious lunches in the beautiful, spacious dining room. Come on your own or invite a group of friends to work together with you. We have a variety of projects, and we'll do our best to match the task to your interests and skills, such as trail maintenance, gardening, light carpentry, or indoor work if you prefer. Look over the list of dates above or on the registration form. Work all day, or even just the morning or afternoon if you're pinched for time (we'll still give you lunch). And spread the word--work is more fun when it's a party!

Register for one program or for the whole series. Each session begins at 10:30 am in the chapel with a morning of singing favorite Christmas carols along with a few Advent hymns. Laura Jaquith Bartlett, the worship & music director for The United Methodist Church's 2016 General Conference. After all that singing you'll be hungry for a delicious holiday lunch served in the dining room overlooking forest and meadow.
